The journey of the Furniture Manufacturing Craftsman, Pierre Cronje has evolved over more than three decades.
Beginning with their first retail showroom in Cavendish Square in the early nineties, then later in 2004 the Cape Quarter De Waterkant. Much later in 2009 a showroom in Wynberg on Wolfe Street, and lastly, the Kramerville showroom in Sandton Johannesburg.
From the launching of these showrooms over the years, Pierre has been able to assess the inclination and requirements of the market and been able to focus and streamline his business to offer the most integrated artisanal furniture experience.
It is once again time for another step of evolution for the Pierre Cronje brand, and so Pierre would like to announce that, as of the end of September 2019 the Wolfe Street Showroom will be incorporated into the Pierre Cronje Factory Studio in Lansdowne. Establishing a new show room environment, directly aligned with the core manufacturing value of the company to create a hands-on studio atmosphere, while seamlessly incorporating the essence of bespoke artisanal craftsmanship.
At the Factory Studio, Pierre Cronje’s clientele will experience the heart and the pulse of timber mastery. They will be able to experience the drawing room, where the design of their bespoke piece begins. The selection and machining of their timber, the honing and the polishing to the finish. Here they will meet the artisans who will craft their bespoke pieces.
You will be welcomed and received in a brand new and beautiful studio, which will be updated with unique pieces, as well as having access to the factory. You will continue to enjoy good coffee and secure parking, while engaging with the experience of a highly knowledgeable team.
The Pierre Cronje Team welcomes you from the beginning of October 2019 at the Factory Studio, where you will enjoy a more immersive experience of the complete institution of Pierre Cronje.
