All of our furniture is individually handcrafted to the highest quality in our Cape Town factory. As we do not carry stock of any of the variable products available in our online store, the approximate lead time from placing the order until delivery will be 3-4 weeks, depending on the piece.

Every effort will be made to have your newly crafted furniture order delivered to you within this time frame (if not sooner), but do note that the location and the size of your order could impact the date. A suitable delivery date and time will be arranged with you.

Deliveries are will take place Monday to Friday.

DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR (SOUTH AFRICA ONLY)

We deliver to your physical address (specified in the delivery address area), throughout South Africa.

  • We use our own delivery team and vehicles for CAPE TOWN, JOHANNESBURG and PRETORIA deliveries as far as possible –
  • Your item(s) will be delivered, unwrapped, assembled (where applicable) and placed inside your home.
  • Please note that should you have any access constraints (i.e. apartment, security complex, lifts/staircases) this must be clearly mentioned under the “Additional Information” section of your order. We unfortunately do not offer hoisting services and do not handle furniture over exterior walls etc.  If you are unsure of any of these limitations, kindly get in touch with us to discuss.
  • We do not provide the service of moving existing furniture items inside your home or making space for your new Pierre Cronje item(s).  Please therefore make sure that the area is cleared before we arrive.
  • Should your residential area fall outside the above-mentioned main centres, your delivery will be done by our preferred and trusted 3-rd party Logistics Partner –
  • Delivery will be to your front door only.  Should you have special delivery requirements or have access constraints to the premises, kindly inform our Dispatch Team on +27 21 691 8589.

LOCAL PICKUP/COLLECT

You can collect/pick up your order from our Cape Town Factory in Lansdowne or the Pierre Cronje showroom in Kramerville – free of charge. Please note that the same lead times for all items purchased online will apply, and local collection can only take place by prior arrangement.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • On the cart page, in the “Cart Totals” section, there is provision to enter your province and postal code to get an estimate of shipping costs to your area. If our shipping calculator is unable to work out your shipping, please call our Dispatch Team on +27 (0)21 691 8589 to obtain a price for delivery.
  • All deliveries have freight charges calculated depending on the size of the order (some orders must be delivered by a 2 or 3 man crew for safety reasons and to ensure you receive the best service possible) and the delivery address.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer an unconditional return policy on furniture purchased from our website. If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us within 5 days of delivery so that we can arrange for collection.  Collection of returned goods by Pierre Cronje will strictly be for the client’s account.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

  • All shipments contain valuable goods and because of this, our carriers are contracted to produce a Proof of Delivery.
  • If you are comfortable with having your order left without the carrier obtaining a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions box when placing your order online or via email. Note that we are unable to accept any responsibility for your order once delivered if you select this option.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

If we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.

INSURANCE

All shipping costs are inclusive of insurance costs.
